When placing an order with us, at the time of purchase we believe that all information regarding the products are correct. We aim to give a very accurate description of all items and realistic images relating to the products. All our products are handmade in small batches, so colours and sparkles can vary slightly from batch to batch, and colours in photographs can vary to real life, this will not alter the strength of the fragrance in anyway.
Using our products
By accepting our terms & conditions you are agreeing to read all our product instructions and warning labels on our website and on the products & info cards included before use. We will not be liable for any damage to any property, cars, surfaces, flooring fabrics etc as we recommend you change and refill our products over the sink or with paper towels and or protective matt underneath them at all times, whilst also keeping all pets and children away from raw material. We will not be liable for any burner overfilled and spilled as we recommend you use one melt at a time only add another if you feel there is enough room. The melted wax will be very hot so do not attempt to move burner whilst wax is burning, we are not held responsible for any burns, spillages or surface damage from the melted wax. All allergen and ingredients are listed on each product page and on products themselves. It is your responsibility to read and assess and if needed get medical advice for using our products within your home, work etc. Whilst also taking into account any health condition, if you are pregnant or breast feeding or anyone else that lives or is visiting and any animals you may own or be looking after.
Placing an order
When placing your order please double check you are purchasing the correct items. When entering your personal details please make sure these are all correct to avoid delays in your order process. If you have made an error, once you have completed your purchase please contact us as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . We aim to process your order between 1-5working days, and once you have placed your order and we have received your payment you will get an email confirmation to confirm your purchase and shipping address. Please check your junk folder if you haven’t received an email.
What is CLP? The CLP Regulation (for “Classification, Labelling and Packaging”) is a European Union regulation from 2008, which aligns the European Union system of classification, labelling and packaging of chemical substances and mixtures to the Globally Harmonised System (GHS). We are fully CLP complaint and all our products are sent out with the appropriate warning labels. You should read all labels carefully before use of our products and keep for future reference if needed. These are very important and should a reaction or oral consumption of products occur, then the appropriate medical professional can give the correct treatment by referring to the CLP label. Sign up as a customer
When you make a purchase from us, we will give you the option to sign up as a customer. This will enable you to make further purchases from us, without the hassle of having to type in all your details each time you make a purchase. Your account will remember your addresses and card details and therefore you will have a quicker checkout experience. By agreeing to sign up as a customer with us you are agreeing to us sending you emails from time to time with promotions and new products. If you wish to unsubscribe as a customer at any time, please email us at email@example.com. Please note your account will be strictly for your own private use, secured with a password created by you, and only you will have access to your account details.
All purchases will require payment before delivery. All payment options will be displayed at checkout and will include credit/debit card or Stripe. If payment fails, your order will not be processed. We do not have access to or are able to store any of your card details. We have safeguarding measures in place with our payment gateways for protecting your information within your account.
Voucher codes are issued by Clonee Wax Melts for offers and promotions. They can be found on our website, social media pages and will occasionally be sent out with your items. Please enter the voucher code before completing your purchase as we cannot add it on once payment has been received. We have the right to cancel any order abusing the use of our voucher codes and we have the right to withdraw any voucher codes at anytime without notice.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible, within 24 hours as we aim to dispatch our products as soon possible, and some products are made to order. Please note that if your products have already been dispatched, and then you wish to cancel, your cancellation will have to be processed as a return and we may not be able to refund the postage cost if already sent to you.
All purchases are processed as soon as possible after your order is received, but as our items are handmade, please expect at the most 1-2 days before your order is dispatched. Orders received on Fridays, over a weekend or public holidays will be processed the next working day
All items can be returned for a refund within 14 days, if you wish to return any item it must be unused in original packaging & in perfect condition we have the right to refuse a refund for anything returned not in perfect condition or only agree a part refund. At this time we cannot offer exchanges only refunds.
All items are properly tested, and quality checked before dispatch, however if you are not 100% satisfied with any of our items or feel they are faulty contact us to discuss this within 30 days and a refund or exchange will be issued if we find them to be faulty. If for some reason your purchase arrives broken or has been slightly damaged in transit, this will not affect the way the product works once melted down to a liquid, however you are more then welcome to contact us if this happens. To enquire about a return please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email please give us: Your order number, details of the items purchased, your name and postal address and reason for return. In addition, we may ask for photographic evidence. Please be aware that depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for returns postage. We will only pay return postage of up to €10 for any item that is agreed by us as faulty.
